Marz Padel is operated by Marz Padel (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. Marz Padel provides padel discovery, player-network, game, tournament, marketplace and business-intelligence services.

Marz Padel is not a padel club and does not itself provide courts. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Marz Padel does not make court reservations, hold marketplace funds in escrow, guarantee tournament organiser information, or guarantee third-party booking or payment services.

The standard South African Marz Padel Manager subscription is R500 per club per month. Eligible new clubs receive a 30-day free trial. Billing begins after the trial period. Subscription payment processing for South African clubs is handled through Paystack. The subscription amount is controlled by Marz Padel server-side billing and is not supplied by the browser.

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the platform lawfully. Impersonation, fraud, security circumvention, harassment, unlawful scraping, unauthorised access and manipulation of platform data are prohibited.

Marz Padel may link to third-party booking, payment, mapping, communication or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.

Marz Padel provides decision-support analytics and intelligence. These outputs do not guarantee revenue, bookings, retention, player numbers or any other commercial outcome.

Marz Padel may be affected by maintenance, internet failures, cloud-provider outages, security incidents or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
